5 Meetup Groups match “Dog Hiking Club” near Minneapolis, MN
Join us to meet local people who like to walk. Walking is so much more fun with other people, isn't it? We'll be walking different trails and parks around and outside the St. Paul/Minneapolis area. It is dog friendly if your dog is friendly. So let's start walking and talking. Keep in mind this is not a hike but just a walk. Email me if you know somewhere great to walk. Maybe it will be the next event.
I am starting this group for adults looking to get out, meet new people and have fun in a really casual environment. I love living in the suburbs and don't always want to drive to the cities to meet up with friends. Ideally this group will attract people from Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Savage, Lakeville, etc. Who should join? I really don't want to be exclusionary. I think my target demographic is 30 - 60, male, female, transgendered, transsexual, straight, gay, single, married, separated, …

This group is for women who want to have fun incorporating physical activity into their lives. I hold events for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced and encourage consistent physical act …

Typically our hikes are 6-8 miles in length, with some as long as 11-12 miles. The hikes last 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, and we keep a sustained pace of 3-4 mph. …

Love to hike? Love to camp? Love to canoe? Love to ski or snowshoe? Love to do it with your dog, too? If so, this meetup is for you. This is an active-get-outdoors-with-your-dog group. We do expect dogs who join us to be reasonably well trained and reasonably well socialized. Of course, we understand that no one has a perfect dog, and we will support each other in raising dogs that behave well out in the world. Obviously, this whole Meetup group exists because we want to be able to take our do …
